"The order was incomplete and took 5 weeks longer that the estimated delivery day, but when I actually received the complete order it was HUGE disappointment. My first 4 bobbleheads arrived on time and were great the next 3 boobleheads that arrived 2 weeks later, were not even finished painting, but the painting looked like a 2nd grade color contest. The eyes, lips and face were incomplete and sloppy - so so bad, part of the leg wasn't even painted. The kids with a full head of long hair looked like he had a buzz cut and receding hair line. I would NOT recommend this company. I can not use the 3 bobbleheads that were sent to me for my senior boys, I have to have these redone be another company...I can't afford or trust these guys to make it right. I called and each time I talked to someone they told me they would call. me back, but I never got a call back and this is completely unacceptable."

"This by far has been the worst experience I ever had as a client. My order did not only come very late after many attempts to cancel. I asked them to cancel the shipment, whey said they would by chat and send me a refund that they never did. Instead they sent me a bubble head totaaly ugly, very different than what I asked for and very different than what they offer online. The item was supposed to be custom-made bubble heads looks nothing like the photo that I sent, it has no definition. Looks like a Play-Doh doll that a three year-old made. I\u2019ve been contacting them several times online and they have been disrespectful with promises and keeping me waiting literally offering .10 cents refund.\r\nOn the photos here, you can see the well defined ones from their website, and you\u2019ll be able to tell which one they sent me..\r\nDO NOT BUY FROM THEM. NOT WORTH IT!"

"Please do not buy from them!!\r\n\r\nI have had the most horrible experience with canvas champs India. \r\n\r\nFirst of all my order was delayed without any information and then when it finally arrived, it was completely different from what I ordered. I ordered a customised 3D lamp and got a frame instead. Worse, the frame that was sent to be is not usable at all, the acrylic plate doesnt even fit in the frame! The customized text was also not added.\r\n\r\nTheir customer service is ridiculous, the calls are not being picked, the live chat is no useful, the mails have not been responding. I even tried reaching out on Instagram. Nothing works! They even deleted my comment on Instagram, and they might block me soon. Please do not fall for the good reviews on their website as they delete all the bad ones. I hope my comment stays here and they don't delete it.\r\n\r\nAlthough i would say the packaging and the quality was good but if it doesn't fit in the frame it's of no use right?\r\n\r\nI got the lamp customised as a gift. My Rs.1060 have been wasted and it's not even worth giving it now."

RIP OFF!\r\n\r\nINDIAN company operating as a CANADIAN company!\r\n\r\nThis is how I received the print:\r\n\r\n- Shipping package was open and damaged\r\n- Print was damaged and scratched off \r\n- Horrible print quality (not to mention no wall mounting structure)\r\n- FEDEX even supplied a note that they had received the package open\r\n\r\nI sent in pictures attached here for proof and asked for refund.\r\nThey keep sending me emails from different FAKE names: Larry, Troy, Perry, Maxwell, Lawrence asking how I want the refund even though I kept telling them to refund back to original card. Just wasting time by deploying delay tactics.\r\n\r\nAfter weeks of back and forth this is their response:\r\n\r\n\u201cRegarding your refund request, as the order was shipped and delivered, we are unable to offer a refund.\u201d"
