“The order was incomplete and took 5 weeks longer that the estimated delivery day, but when I actually received the complete order it was HUGE disappointment. My first 4 bobbleheads arrived on time and were great the next 3 boobleheads that arrived 2 weeks later, were not even finished painting, but the painting looked like a 2nd grade color contest. The eyes, lips and face were incomplete and sloppy - so so bad, part of the leg wasn't even painted. The kids with a full head of long hair looked like he had a buzz cut and receding hair line. I would NOT recommend this company. I can not use the 3 bobbleheads that were sent to me for my senior boys, I have to have these redone be another company...I can't afford or trust these guys to make it right. I called and each time I talked to someone they told me they would call. me back, but I never got a call back and this is completely unacceptable.”
“Delivery was very slow. Delivered 3 days past the original delivery date. Was packaged in what looked to be a homemade box and it was completely destroyed upon arrival. Based on the multiple layers of stickers, this was intercepted in customs, which explains the delay. Cube is smaller than anticipated, but no fault of theirs. Dimensions are in listing.”
“The first time I order prints with them I was a bit disappointed that the four of my prints had lumps under as if the glue they use between the print and the wooden frame wasn't spread well. But I gave it another try and ordered again one more print and leaved a little note about the glue. And this time my print was AWESOME!! I really did like it! I was really happy with it. So, I will be printing more of my artworks with them soon. Thank you guys!”
