“Terrible. If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered 4 framed pictures and paid $10 extra each to have glass put in the frames. They all came with plastic, one was cracked the whole way down the frame, one was chipped in the corner, the other two were dirty with dust and debris under the plastic on the picture. This was especially noticeable bc the pictures had a white mat around them. I have been in contact with the joke of a customer service team since March 2nd and have only been given the run around. They asked me to send pictures, I happily did. They told me they would give me a partial refund for the one Damaged print? Well they are all damaged so that’s not going to work. They continue to ask me if I want a reprint, please send photos the damaged product and of what I want reprinted, all things I have already done and yet every time I send them I get the same response???? Will never order from this company again. Very disappointed.”
“This is a joke! Supposedly there is a 4.7 customer review rating posted on their website but yet this only has 10 customer reviews? And I’m guessing they’re the REAL reviews. I paid a lot of money for my split canvas which came warped and bowed where it literally sits off the wall in the middle of each canvas. It took several times and several pictures to get a reprint. The reprint came even worse! There is a quarter to half inch of gap at the end of the canvas where it doesn’t even go all the way around! I sent pictures of that as well and received a response that they received my pictures and apologized and would re-print. I have not received the free prints and I keep getting asked for more and more pictures which you already have and have acknowledged that you have and have told me that you would re-print but haven’t! I will be turning this business into the Better Business Bureau and demanding my money back.”
“I will NEVER use CanvaChamp again. I ordered two prints and only received one. I told CanvasChamp and they asked if I wanted a reprint or a refund. I said reprint. They said it would ship in 12-15 days. A month and a half later I still hadn't received. They claimed the shipper must have lost it. This time I asked for a refund. They refunded less than half the money I spent on the order. I had to argue with them to refund the tax and shipping on my second print. Eventually they refunded the total money I paid for my order. Here's a quote from their email: "We do not wish our customers to leave the Canvas Champ family. Please confirm if we can issue a complete refund as a token of apology?" I prefer to do business with companies that send you what you ordered and give you a full refund the FIRST time you ask for one if needed. I had to bother them twice to send me a link to write a review on them since it's suspiciously hard to write reviews on their actual website. I'm NEVER shopping here again.”
“My 1st experience with this company. 3 metal prints. All 3 either with small scratches and/or scuffs. These were not caused in shipping. Contacted online support, hoping to resolve this immediately. Told to take pics and send to an email. Still wiatin for response. Also, this review site, which was not easy to come by, will now not let me upload photos.”

I am not sure how a true photograph would turn out, as mine were sort of "illustration-ified", but for my purposes, turned out great!”
