Do NOT order prints from this company. My 8x10 and 12x18 photos came rolled up in a tube, meaning they were completely ruined. I spoke to customer service and they said they'd send new ones that were shipped flat. However, they came the same way, rolled up in a tube. When I asked why, they said that's the only way they can ship it. I do not have a clear answer why they didn't say that in the first place. Complete waste of money. Buy elsewhere.
