I was very pleased! The order (photo pillows in memory of their doggie who passed) arrived very quickly and was packaged appropriately. In the box were the two pillow inserts and the two folded covers. They were just a bit wrinkled during transit but with a quick ironing of the reverse side they looked perfect and had a very soft feel. The price was a fair one, but best of all - my grandchildren loved them!
