The color, framing (we had wrap around) and delivery were fantastic. We truly love the prints and can't wait to give them as presents. We did ask and pay for the hanging kit and did not get it with the pictures. I was able to contact customer service via email and the 'kits' were sent immediately with their apologies. The kit is very generic and not really thrilled with the cord (not wire) that I got. In the future I will not order the hanging kit, I could do better locally. Other than that, we are very happy.
