I am very dissatisfied with the work that Canvas discount did for me. First of all I sent them my photo and my order form and they said they did not get my email address but yet they sent me a reply to my email address. Second of all, they said they did not receive my photo yet. The following day I got an email saying the photo was already processed and packed for the shipping. Before this item was processed, I asked to see a preview. They said as soon as they got my photo, they would send a preview. They already had my photo and they did not send a preview. when I received the canvas print, it was very poor quality. One of the people in the photo had the top of their head cut off. I have been contacting the company all day long to try to get a resolution and I cannot get a response. I would not waste my time or money on this company.
