I reached out to customer service through their online support tool and provided exactly what they requested: photos of the canvas, the visible defect, and a tape measure clearly showing the incorrect dimensions. I assumed they would want to make things right, especially for a first-time customer. Instead, I received a disappointing response. They offered a 40% discount on a future purchase and claimed that the sizing issue did not qualify as a defect — even though the product clearly didn’t match the stated dimensions.
