My order took a long time to receive, but I understand because of the pandemic, but when I received my order I was very,very disappointed!!! The picture was hazy and red blotches on my new niece’s face! The photo was not cut to the frame! I sent a reply to your Company and as yet no reply! I will not recommend your Company to anyone unless you rectify my problem. I realize the price was better than any other CO., but I guess I got what I payed for!!!
