Ordered 3 pictures in one order. 2 were perfect, 1 was damaged in transit/ or packaging. Contacted company and received reply next day as it was end of day when I contacted them. They reprinted picture and actually improved the quality of picture I sent. Very happy customer! Already purchased more and recommended to friends and family. From time I placed order to delivery was approximately a week which is excellent during this Covid19 period.
