Sign up for their newsletter, it has discounts on various sizes at different times. I've never had to return an item so I can't comment on the returns! Uploading photos is easy. Make sure to check the "preview" of the photo you are selecting once it is uploaded! You have an option to adjust how the picture is configured in the sample of how they feel it will look best.
