The card is useless if you leave the country for travel.
It wont work without verification pins and unless you are in Canada or the US with roaming ability on your cell phone... your stuck. You will have to send yourself cash or be stuck. Had to call them with Skype from the Philippines to no avail..... useless.....card abroad
