I was listening to my mothers phonecall where she asked that she not be charged a late fee since she sent her payment the day of. My mother had to strongly advocate for herself while the worker laughed on the other line with coworkers. The worker said she could not do anything about it multiple times and tried to get my mother off the phone. It was only after my mom heard the woman laughing with her coworkers and said something that the worker was able to magically take back the late fee... absolutely ridiculous, completely unprofessional and terrible practice. Im paying off my mothers card and canceling it asap. We will never use this company again.
