I wouldn’t say they made me happy I paid my entire balance due and now I have a hold on my credit and can’t use my card for 2-9 days I wondering if I made a mistake by using capital one they had a fraud agent verify my bank account info with my bank thru conference and I feel like they wasn’t as professional as they should have been it was easy getting a quick silver one card but the headache of paying your bill is over whelming
