I am very disappointed at capitec client service , i applied for a personal loan on the 01/06/2022 which i obviously qualified for. i was then asked to forwards proof of supporting documents which i obviously. I then did not receive any feedback as to receiving my documents , if anything they did not receive anything . STRANGE!
I called in on the 8th and i asked that i send the documents again which i did.
called in again after two days and was told my application status had expired .
i sent throw a number of emails to get called back with feedback as how that happened and still nothing.
I obviously now have to do another application which will obviously have an impact on my credit profile, and guess what? i now got declined ! great! so ridiculous .
I am definitely moving my banking somewhere else, the incompetency here is Unmatched !
