“If I could give 0 stars I would. The bank app is constantly not working. I am a woman alone at night at a petrol station unable to pay so now I am sitting here unable to leave to get to work. This is incredibly dangerous, all thanks to Capitec. No one can tell me how long it will take. This is pathetic. Never in my life have I had to deal with such incompetence people and such an unreliable business. Whatever you do, do NOT bank with these idiots.”
