I just noticed that after my debit order goes off, the usual interest is added plus additional costs. But two days after more interest and costs are added. And this has been for months at a time.

I’m so disappointed with Capitec I switched from Nedbank to you guys all most 3 months for my business I’m still waiting for the speed point when I open the account in Sandton the lady log a call in front of me to order the speed point the guy said his coming his working in Randburg area till today I’m still waiting the sad part is 90 percent of my customers are paying by card 😭😭😭I tried calling the 0860667706 they said I need to re apply I don’t understand it’s been three months Please help

I am not happy because most ATM'S outside the branch do not have a deposit option and it's hard to deposit if the branch or the shopping malls are closed because we only access the depositing machines at the branch or atm inside a mall. It's a hustle to deposit especially in the evening.

i dislike the fact that there are 2 payment types on the app, “Pay” and “emediate pay” there should only be one option. who waits 9-24 hours for a payment.

I was at Capitec Bank Stone Ridge yesterday at about 17h45, Thankyou so much to Daisy and Kay for being so patient with me and their service was warm and friendly All the questions that I asked they answered me and we just had a good time. It was pleasing to deal with them. Thank you Thato

Very poor service, I resuested a card machine last week 7/7 my request was not even logged onto the system, I had to phone again Monday 11/7, untill now no one has called me, phoned again 12/7...I am a new customer, first time banking with Capitec, very dissapointing

Not personally me but we were standing in the que waiting for them to open,but the door was slightly up. An old man ask one of the capitec consultants to assist at the Atm ,the capitec consultant refused to assist saying it's not opened yet. He was assisted by ppl in the que waiting to withdraw. Pls even if ur not open assist go extra mile

I am pregnant and I had to wait on queue while standing. When I asked for help they said I must wait in the queue. I was tired and did not even know how to stand. I was there to spend my R70 for a card that was supposed to expire in 2027 because it says chip malfunction/dexlined and I have money in my account.
