“Very poor service, I resuested a card machine last week 7/7 my request was not even logged onto the system, I had to phone again Monday 11/7, untill now no one has called me, phoned again 12/7...I am a new customer, first time banking with Capitec, very dissapointing”
“Not personally me but we were standing in the que waiting for them to open,but the door was slightly up. An old man ask one of the capitec consultants to assist at the Atm ,the capitec consultant refused to assist saying it's not opened yet. He was assisted by ppl in the que waiting to withdraw. Pls even if ur not open assist go extra mile”
“I am pregnant and I had to wait on queue while standing. When I asked for help they said I must wait in the queue. I was tired and did not even know how to stand. I was there to spend my R70 for a card that was supposed to expire in 2027 because it says chip malfunction/dexlined and I have money in my account.”
