We requested the deceased estates dept to assist with a metter. since 13 Dec all we get is a generic message . Where can we lodge a complaint as my client conveys her dissatisfaction with me but Capitec is actually not giving sensible response?

The last time I checked,Capitec never approved a debit order without the approval from the account holder but I was surprised this morning when R2000 was debited from my account to somebody I don't know.Even if I knew the person was Capitec correct to debit?

I got a call from Capitec twice. Authoring me some debt management. Did not give any info cause I could hardly hear what the lady was saying. Is it normal for Capitec to contact people with certain offers? Thanks

My money was stolen within Capitec. After SAPS was told it was an inside job. I was phoned towards end of August and was told that some of my money wS retreived and some of my monney was paid into BIDVEST. I must live and pay my way with that money but it takes Capitec so long to come back to me. Lemon Tree branch branch manager just says sorry all your money is gone. Very bad for all. July 2023 the case of fraud was opened by police. I lost my income my interest and my trust. Please if i owed the bank money the bank was on my case nr 1. Help me to shake the people awake please. I need the money desperately.

I am very disappointed with capitec. I moved to the UK, made my daughter authority on my account . She is not allowed to change my cell phone number on my behalf. Capitec expects me to find R30 000 flight money there and back just to go and give them my new cell number. What's the point of having an authority on my account if she can't do it for me. I am very angry and have a good mond to close my account.
