Everything I enter my password there's 'something wrong' or 'my password it's wrong' though it's the same one I've been using. It's so impractical to us this. I don't like it at all. I just want to shut it down.

Hi I am very disappointed with Capitec Bank, they just giving our banking details to Clientele without consulting with us. I never agreed with Clientele to deduct or even applied for a policy but they just informed me that I am now a client of theirs and that they will deduct from my capitec account. Stop being giving permission just to any dick, Tom and jerry to take our hard earned money. And then you refuse to stop that deductions, no man I'm tired...

If you're having problems withdrawing money or if you've been duped by a trading platform, go to madacovi.co for help. They helped me get my money back in a couple of days. It's been a 'month now trying to get my account to be opened because of the R3500 my brother sent me they keep saying they suspect fraud they are investigating.we provided all requested documents but still they keep asking same documents over and over. Luckily I changed my salary to other bank but my savings are stuck at Capitec it's clear they are trying to rob me now.

Trying since 9am for assistance to transfer funds internationally, ot is now 15h45, still no reply to emails, calls cut six times, staff chewing food when you call the helpline, get put through to the wrong person three times, lost over R70 000.00 on forex due to staff at Capitec not doing their work but merely sitting at their desk to kust collect a salary, two staff in particular Siphiwe Sicwebu and Eli Fernandes who do not return emails. My business is affected by your POOR performance

Im very irate at this moment. I need to take out a loan but was rejected due to Capitec that think i cant have a loan because to them i wont be able to live on my currrent expences. I really do need this money because i currently have medical expenses due to my child being sick. Im a single mommy and its really difficult for me. so im really really irate...i do have a loan with Capitec and not one month did i not pay....

I try calling the help centre for a whole 2 weeks no answer. The phone just keep ringing that irritating song. Funny enough with every transaction I make I must put in my pin every debit order I have to accept but when it comes to you money being stolen or for fraud they don't ask you pin but they let fraudsters take your money and when you call them they don't answer I'm changing banks infect my whole team. So useless

Iam a really irate customer or rather disgruntled. I was told yesterday that if the debit order is placed on an account where my salary is being paid in, I will not be able to make any arrangements by a consultant named Azola who reports to Charlene. To my astonishment, the previous consultants I spoke with were unaware that I was receiving my salary from a different bank account. They also had no concerns regarding the source of the debit order as long as I abided by the agreement. I then asked for my call to be escalated since I was getting any jog from this consultant, and to this day, I haven't heard from her line manager Charlene. In certain instances, I had to escalate a case, but the team leader never called. I promise that your index statistics will drop if you continue to provide this kind of customer service. In addition, when I asked this unprofessional consultant to provide me with her last name and the last name of the team leader, she refused and informed me about the absurd Popia Act. If so, how were Lindi Mpipi and Bekezela Mthembu able to provide me with their details? There was an incident on April 2nd when a consultant spoke to me in an extremely arrogant and unprofessional manner. To this day, the situation remains unresolved. The precedence has set by manages, therefore it makes perfect sense why these untrained consultants believe it's acceptable to talk to clients in any case. I would transfer my loan if I really could to a different bank that is able to serve its customers with value and respect because your customer service is so poor. In conclusion I want answers from Azola's manger as to why I cannot be debit from a different account that's my salary is not paid into.

My card was stolen and the person used my money, all Capitec did was do you need another card, demanding money for the card there was nothing did about my stolen money, they said there nothing they can do about.

The capitec app always has these "planned maintenance" around 1am and 3am where the app is unavailable. It is very upsetting, because first of all, why isnt there any notificatio, email or pop up to say that the app will be offline... It just is off for no apparent reason, and most of the time there is little to no changes!

My account was blocked on Wednesday incident#**********35. I went to the bank only to be told that there was *****ulent money transferred into my bank account OK granted I adhered to all their demands where I needed to submit certified documents confirming that the money that came into my account was as a result of the car i sold. The issue is I now have to follow up with the bank regarding the status of my account, which has been unfruitful and had to deal with *********** employees at the branch in Protea Glen, only today I had a Lungi who took the initiative to call the forensic department to find out what could be the delay in their feedback seeing that all docs are submitted. They told her. PLEASE LISTEN TO THIS! "they are waiting for documents from the VICTIM meaning the dealership to also send their documents. My question was if they don't send these documents then what? At this point I have 3days without money, I cannot access my salary, my debit order can't go through. Who is going to pay for all these penalties? Who is going to refund me for the time I have wasted skipping work to do affidavits and certifying documents? Who will reinstate me at my job if I lose my job because of the time I'm beginning to take off from ,work unnecessarily. Why didn't capitec detact this *****ulent money before it came into my account? At this point I would like to move all my funds from this **** of a bank and by the way the dealership you are saying sent *****ulent funds is waiting for a letter confirming these allegations as this is defamation their business let's see how far you get with that. A case has been opened so far with the dealer and I will definitely get my lawyers to take up with the *********** forensic department but as for me I'm taking my money somewhere else.

Sent money to the wrong account, the persons phone has been off ever since and my money is still on the account. All the tell me is they can't reverse it, I must open a case against the person they can't even provide me with their details, like there's no fraud happening here I just want my money back

It's the worst experience of my life. Poor customer service coupled with no calls to update or respond to numerous calls. It's an insult to modern banking and the employees are poorly trained if at all and worst of all is there credit mobile service they never call u back and you need to spend a small fortune on airtime to get info and smallest amount of perspective. Avoid them at all cost ie Hershel Teeling the worst team leader and down right pathetic. Save yourself the frustration and bank elsewhere

Despite assurances of a 3-7 day processing time, it has been over 15 working days. As per Nedbank, they have released the funds on their side. I've now been in Port Elizabeth for over 24 months. The capitec ATM at the 5 Ways Center has NEVER BEEN IN WORKING ORDER. Really, sort it out
