Capitec did not make me happy at all
On the 3rd of October I emailed the Forensic dep for Fraud at Capitec to inform them of scam payment made and to reverse the payments. I got an incident nr only to find out a day later that this so called incident nr does not exist. They only gave me another incident nr on the 10th. I have emails to prove this. I opened criminal case at Police as requested. To date I have not received ANY feedback from Capitec and want to know WHY was I given an incident nr that never existed. I have proof of that on email.
