Fraudsters at capitec kokstad branch...declined claim of the deceased they told it has lapsed but not within 31 days ...A client deceased now they tell me that i renewed my policy contract on the day he died but i had to renew it after I've seen that they did not deduct the money from my bank acc...cruelty and fraud from this Bank
