Our Dishwasher had the same fault three times each time took just over a week to send somebody out to fix it then they decided to replace it with our new machine.
It took 38 days from the day they agreed to replace it until the day we had one fitted.
We spoke to Customer Services once a week for four weeks and every time we were told we will ring you back later on today this was even from the Customer Services manager who on the two occasions I spoke to her all she did was talk over me and tell me that she would ring me back later that day, which she never ever did.
The reason we were given for the 38 days was because we live in a remote area, and because we keep ringing them every week for an update.
The Remote area is Carlisle.
I checked on the Internet and I could have the same appliance delivered and fitted in four working days.
I can’t complain about any of the Caple appliances we have and we have 7 but after our experience with customers services we will never buy any more products from them.
