fascinator was fine but not appropriate colour for outfit. I informed caprilite of this and that I was returning it. I sent it within 6 days of receiveing it ,Paid £5.15 for signed delivery of fascinator , carefully wrapped. I received notification from Royal Mail that parcel had been delivered. I have tried to notify caprilite twice and still have not received any email from them , and certainly not any refund.
I could not have been more careful in returning this purchase. I still would appreciate my refund .
