As a customer, I should not have to "chase you down" to find out when I am to receive my product. After hearing that there is a shortage of the magnetic material and you would not receive it until December 6, 2021, I then had to keep calling you and you put other jobs ahead of ours. Our final product had the right side of the calendar cut off too much in my opinion (see attachment). It is off from the margin on the left side and looks unprofessional. I expect better communication from a company that we are spending this much with and I also expect the final product to be exactly what we sent you and it was not.
