“Your quality is there and my project was printed perfectly without any errors. My biggest issue is with charging me $20 to ship 12 mini notepads to my house. I run a small business and ship packages all the time. I know how much it costs. I feel as if your huge mark up on that shipment cost tells me more about your company’s priorities than anything else. I’d love a printing partner for my projects and would LOVE it to be a domestic company. But your printing cost was wildly inflated.”

“I approved a centered proof before production, but the finished sticky notes arrived noticeably off-center. The borders are uneven, and the overall print quality is poor. The final product does not reflect the proof I approved, and I'm very disappointed with the quality.”

“Jace and a member of your production team were a ton of help. They offered true customer service which is hard to find and I was skeptical being this process was all online. Much to my surprise the process was smooth and again, the customer service could not have been better. Thank you.”

“Lots of options to customize. We worked through a few revisions in the approval process and received notebooks just as expected - colors look good and its nice to have our branding on not just the front cover, but aslo the back cover and everything inbetween.”
