We created a design, and after 3 proofs, the simple text was not inserted properly in the header. This takes away time and focus from our jobs. We chose to cancel our order due to high maintenance and lack of confidence.

I recently ordered 1,000 notepads. The print quality was extremely poor and looked cheap. I have requested a refund, with no results, since I will not be using the notepads due to the poor quality. Certainly not the image that we want to potray.

Extremely slow. It took over a month to get my order and there were no updates along the way. I tried to call and no one answers the phone. Will not use again.

They did not bother to check my old order and see that the size of the image they were using was not readable and then would not accept a return. Won't use them again.

Part 2: I kept looking through to see if the designs were all messed up like that, and I look to see I received one completely bent up, I ordered because of all the good reviews but I am really disappointed in what I got Part 1: I just posted earlier: I ordered two designs, they both came out horrible. The design didnt take up the entire space of the memo pad so there were white borders. When reviewing the product you cant tell that the design wont fill up the entire space… I will not be ordering from them again, the delivery took very long and I also had to pay extra duty fees.

Please just check where the client wants product shipped...I meant to have the notepads sent directly to my home not to Carlsbad...a 60 min drive (my mistake). Thank you!

I have ordered thank you cards and custom envelopes over two months ago. I have yet to receive my envelopes and therefore cannot use my thank you cards. Please send my envelopes immediately. This is the most horrible service I have ever experienced
