“It was a little confusing whether or not more than just a logo could be added if they did the design for you. I had to call to find out that they could. Once I knew that, easy process!”

“The Customer service is always on point. However, we keep having old files sent as proofs for new orders. So, I wish that the system (account) would be updated to reflect the correct changes when reordering. I have used Captain Notepad for years and will contiunue to use them as they are fast, and accurate once your approve your proof.”

“Our post-its were completed and shipped quickly - they look great and were a big hit with our staff. The only thing that could have made it better would be a little more communication during the process, like when it would be shipped, etc. We were very happy with our order and would be happy to order from Captain Notepad again in the future.”

“I like the looks of the paper. I wish the binding was thicker. Pages tear off easily when working with the pad. Also I wish the ink was better..if I try to erase something with my pencil I end up taking off the graphing boxes as well. They're ok. Just was hoping for slightly better at their cost.”

“They came through for us when the other company screwed up our order and couldn't replace this size of magnetic calendars. Just wish could have ordered 150 instead we just ordered 100. Order was received over 7-days BUT we wanted to pay by check and then there was the Christmas holiday.”
