“The website is not as intuitive as it could be. When I ordered my notepads I felt I gave clear instructions on what I wanted. The designer missed a few instructions and I was not impressed with the proofs they sent me. But it all worked out and I got what I wanted”

“The paper pads I ordered were for flip-up pad covers requiring the gummed edge of the pages in the pad to be the short edge at the top. The pads you sent me are gummed on the long (side) edge and will not work in y flip-up pad covers. Your website should specify which edge, long or short, is gummed.”
