“I asked for two pens to review as possible marketing items for my business. After I examined each of them, I chose one, and they added my business name and contact information. Everything was handled within the timeframe they had set. The pens were more affordable than other places I had bought from in the past.”

“The ordering process was easy. I had to speak to a representative for a question I had and she was very pleasant and helpful. However, at this point I am unsure of the status of my order and when to expect delivery. It would be helpful to receive status updates or at least an ETA.”

“I would have waited to do a review until I received them, but this is the 2nd request from you and my order, which was indicated that should have been sent to me by now, says it’s still in production. I’m a bit disappointed with the delay but hope that they are on their way quickly and look beautiful. I’ll be happy to update my review then.”
