I was not happy with the clarity of my personal photo on the notepads. One of my colleagues had the exact same notepad design and her personal photo was much clearer and I ordered because I was impressed with her notepads ...so a bit disappointed! I'm quite sure our marketing person submitted similar quality photos to you. I will check in with her also.
