The service with regard to the ordering process was very good but as an existing customer was no surprise.The only part of the service that was unacceptable was the terrible delivery service by royal mail tracker.Not only was there no info re the delivery but they missed the delivery window of 9am to 1 pm by 2 hours thus I wasted most of last saturday please use another company in future john burton
