“I went to the Nottingham shop to buy some cables. The guys in the shop served with a great manner. I was buying a digital coaxial cable basic Chord C-digital High Performance and also speakers cables Chord C-Screen X. Significant improvement on budget audio equipments . Cables are connected to my Marrantz 6006 amplifier and my Wiim ultra. My Acoustic Energy 109 speakers sounds fantastic compared to how it was sounding before. Excellent choice happy with the purchase.”

“I recently ordered a B-stock subwoofer from your website, which was advertised as coming with all necessary wiring. However, when I went to your Ilford branch for installation, I was told that one speaker wire was missing. A guy named Mo (apparently the shop owner) asked £35 for a single wire — something that costs around £5–£7 at Halfords or Amazon. This felt like taking advantage of the situation, as my car was already mid-installation and I had no practical choice but to pay the inflated price. The installation itself was poorly done. The subwoofer was screwed to the back of the rear seat, causing the headrest to rattle constantly, and the wiring was not secured properly — I can hear noises that sound like sparking or loose connections when the sub is in use.”

Mo and his team are the most helpful knowledgeable guys around.: they have just installed a very intricate system in to my Ferrari 458 which sounds sweet as anything I have ever heard.. thanks to Mo and the team 🙏”

“Absolutely shocking service paid over 400 pound for a subwoofer paid extra for the Saturday delivery and wasted my Saturday as never turned up called the store to see why not was giving excuse saying it wasn’t in stock and hence the website clearly stated it was excuse was they are really hard to get hold of from they’re suppliers and now have to wait 4-5 days for a refund absolute joke of a store takes your money for items they don’t even have”

“Received a head unit which was described as open box b stock, but it had no fitting cage or microphone in it and the wires were all badly loomed up so it’s obviously been fitted and ripped out because it doesn’t work, and they’ve left the cage and mic in the vehicle. Emailed but no reply yet.”

“I ordered something just for it to be cancelled the morning after because it wasn't in stock yet their website STILL says in stock it's actually really unprofessional and delayed. I now have to wait 3-5 days to reorder the same product from a different site at a way bigger price, Extremely disappointed in this.”

“Unprofessional company! Website still shows stock of multiple items on their site that they do not have! I now have a refund being processed days after purchase, which I have to wait a further 5 days to clear! Had to chase twice as no calls back.. Their take on it was.. ‘that’s just business’! Well done I won’t return as a customer and I will pass my experience on to many more 👏🏻.”

“Amazing service from start to finish. Had to get the supplied unit fitted locally as live in Cornwall. We had a few minor issues which the company jumped on and helped all the way through the fitting process. The pioneer sph ev107 dab unit is an amazing piece of kit. A very happy customer and thank you Mohamed”

“The company is great at what it does. It sells good quality equipment and respects its customers. But its marketing is awful. I ordered something which was incorrect- my mistake not theirs and they took it back and reimbursed me without a quibble. But the phone manner of their staff is like talking to teenage boys- they have no idea how to speak with customers. Their feedback only asked for feedback on the product not the company. I am taking the trouble to do this cos they are honest and reputable. But they completely lack a customer focus.”

“Absolutely terrible customer service . I received a cd player which is not compatible with my vehicle although it is listed that it is. Thats ok but when trying to return product im met with very poor service. I am 109 pounds out of pocket. Stay clear of this unprofessional trader.”

“Item hadn't arrived after 2 weeks, So I contacted them and was assured I would hear something in a few days, Waited another week and still nothing, So I cancelled. Quite dissapointed, However they did respond quickly and issued a full refund promptly.”
