“My son gifted me speakers for my birthday for my lease car. Sadly I ordered the wrong ones. My birthday was 10/4. 3 days after the return window closed. So I travelled 3.5 hours, he told me I ordered the wrong ones. And I was told I was too late (by 3 days) so they are leaving me with an item I cannot use. Worst customer service ever!”

“I was looking to buy a speed detector for my car, and google brought this company to my attention. The price was a lot cheaper than most and the delivery was the fastest I’ve ever had. I’ve never dealt with the company before but I would definitely recommend them to anyone.”

“I never write reviews but my experience here was so bad I felt it would be wrong not to warn others. I Ordered a head unit for christmas and they sent me an alternative cheap one which WAS NOT what I ordered at all. I emailed them on the 25th and they emailed back saying to return the item through a link which does not work because of my country, I have been chasing daily for a week via email and I have had no response. The company has not attempted to email back or help with the situation whatsoever. Terrible customer service with broken english in emails with no clarity in answers to questions. At this point I don't even want the right head unit I just want a refund so I can spend my money elsewhere but they wont tell me where to send it back. If you're into your cars and looking for an audio system please do not buy from here!”

“Website stated product was in stock. The company took money and then I received an email saying the radio was out of stock. The refund took 5 days. Poor IT systems at best, at worst, they are gaining interest on funds where they knowingly don't have stock. Will never buy (or try to buy) from this company again.”

“I went to the Nottingham shop to buy some cables. The guys in the shop served with a great manner. I was buying a digital coaxial cable basic Chord C-digital High Performance and also speakers cables Chord C-Screen X. Significant improvement on budget audio equipments . Cables are connected to my Marrantz 6006 amplifier and my Wiim ultra. My Acoustic Energy 109 speakers sounds fantastic compared to how it was sounding before. Excellent choice happy with the purchase.”

“I recently ordered a B-stock subwoofer from your website, which was advertised as coming with all necessary wiring. However, when I went to your Ilford branch for installation, I was told that one speaker wire was missing. A guy named Mo (apparently the shop owner) asked £35 for a single wire — something that costs around £5–£7 at Halfords or Amazon. This felt like taking advantage of the situation, as my car was already mid-installation and I had no practical choice but to pay the inflated price. The installation itself was poorly done. The subwoofer was screwed to the back of the rear seat, causing the headrest to rattle constantly, and the wiring was not secured properly — I can hear noises that sound like sparking or loose connections when the sub is in use.”

“I have used these guys for many years and the service and quality of products is simply the best! Mo and his team are the most helpful knowledgeable guys around.: they have just installed a very intricate system in to my Ferrari 458 which sounds sweet as anything I have ever heard.. thanks to Mo and the team 🙏”

“Absolutely shocking service paid over 400 pound for a subwoofer paid extra for the Saturday delivery and wasted my Saturday as never turned up called the store to see why not was giving excuse saying it wasn’t in stock and hence the website clearly stated it was excuse was they are really hard to get hold of from they’re suppliers and now have to wait 4-5 days for a refund absolute joke of a store takes your money for items they don’t even have”
