“Item hadn't arrived after 2 weeks, So I contacted them and was assured I would hear something in a few days, Waited another week and still nothing, So I cancelled. Quite dissapointed, However they did respond quickly and issued a full refund promptly.”

“Bought a JVC Bluetooth stereo for my daughter's 2010 Kia Picanto for £80, which was £120 everywhere else. Kept up to date on delivery, and arrived as expected. Fitted it myself today, and it all works well.”

“Just had a pioneer Z72000DAB and reversing camera fitted in my 1995 Mercedes at the Newbury Park branch. I have to say the two guys that did the fitting were excellent. I can’t thank them enough for their time patience and professionalism. It’s a breath of fresh air to get such good service in today’s world. I would highly recommend buying from Car Audio Centre and better still get whatever you need fitted at the Newbury Park branch if you live within an hours drive.”

“Returned a subwoofer box because it was faulty and the front baffle would rattle when the subwoofer was playing… Now they won’t respond in a timely manner and it’s been over a week since they got my return but yet to hear any updates whatsoever. Big red flag for a business. Can’t take responsibility? Should not have a business. So god forbid you have to return something. Quick to take money but hard to return it when things do go wrong. Shameful.”

“After much frustration with digital streaming with car music , I took the plunge and purchased the Connects2 CD player . I received the item very quick . Literally plugged it straight into usb inserted disc and I was away , couldn't be easier . I have a VW Tiguan . Very happy customer .”
