The Kenwood KDC-BT460U CD/USB-Receiver with Built-in Bluetooth is just what I wanted, smart looking, cd, radio, usb,Bluetooth streaming / calling. Fantastic 😃 I placed my order on Thursday at 15.45 paid for next day DPD delivery @ £9.99 and my order was with me by 09.30. So very good dispatch and delivery. 👍 But if you need to get a response from Car Audio Centre forget it. They don't notify you of dispatch, and if you email they don't answer. Which is why, I only gave then 3 stars. Very poor communication/ customer service, well actually no customer service at all. The Kenwood radio is a definite 5stars. Would definitely recommend 👌 👍

Didn't have the item I wanted but they did offer a similar item which I accepted just not I realy wanted so I can only give 3 stars

One of the products turned out not to be available and the other which was in stock took around 10 days to arrive. There was no reply to either of my emails so availability, delivery time and communication could have been better but the pricing and product were very good

Placed an order for my sons 18th and was told it was all in stock and would arrive before his birthday. After receiving no communication, I called to chase the order, guy I spoke to was very rude and told me that some items were out of stock. However he could send the stereo out on his birthday, after expressing my disappointment he replied “well people don’t normally fit their stereo on their birthday??? ( I replied “what a ridiculous comment to make”, I then said will it definately arrive on his birthday, to which he replied “well yeah if the depot is not snowed in or flooded” he was obviously just a very rude person with no consideration or care for my purchase, He was missing the point that I actually wanted it for him to open on his birthday!!! He was the most rudest person in customer services I have ever dealt with. There was no need for his sarcasm after me spending £600 I wI’ll think twice about using them again in the future!!!

Initial purchase experience was fine. Order product online, gets delivered in specified time frame. However harness I ordered was not the same one I purchased. Called support, they asked me to email help@ email address. Had no response. Emailed again asking for response, still no response. Emailed a 3rd time.. Guess what... yup, no response 😪

Product works well in my sisters new Ford Fiesta. However I was really disappointed and surprised that it arrived in just a plain cardboard box with no manufactures display sleeve saying what the cd player does and there was no set up instructions so giving this as a present was not very good and looked cheap. Also free gift of a mobile phone holder was all damaged and had been clearly used before.

4 months delay had to return first unit would not work replacement was a long time getting here little communication from supplier extremity disappointing even the set up did not go well not a pleasant experience

Quality and performance if the product gets 4 to 5 stars! The delivery via DPD was shocking (left in doorstep in full view of main road) and the installation instructions were so limited I first was convinced I’d been sent the wrong product and almost sent it back! With a little more thought and effort on the sellers behalf this review could have been glowing. In reality I may look elsewhere for similar products next time.

Service was good but items ordered were not in stock ,so order stated item would be delivered in 3/4 days, took nearly 2 weeks and I had to agree to different speakers or it would have been longer Staff were helpful in offering me an alternative product ,but web site should have stated items were not in stock and dilivery would be delayed ,also I had to contact them to find out what had happend after a week ,otherwise wait time would have been longer

Need to be careful as they will change the advertised price when stocks run out. Took my order and money then said it was out of stock. When I looked on the website a day later the price had increased by £161! Fortunately when I got it delivered about 3 weeks later they sold at the original price

You sent to wrong address even though I immediately phoned you to tell you you had put wrong door number which you said you would amend. Didn’t get my order have to now go to P Office

Experience with them is one big joke. One order placed 04/01/23 with 3-5 days delivery. Right after placing it I've noticed that my address on their website, on invoice and shipping label appears in weird format so I contacted them to check if parcel will be despatched to the right address. I have it confirmed that everything is fine and I shouldn't be worried about. Then today on the deadline day, when Parcel Force was about to deliver my parcel, all I got was status change to "There is an issue with your parcel, insufficient address details". Contacted Parcel Force to find out that shipping label was missing my door number and they couldn't deliver it. Contacted Car Audio Centre Customer Service and they said they've updated it and that it will be redelivered tomorrow. Fingers crossed everything will be ok this time. Second order - I placed order for Subwoofer which was available on Pre-Order with due date 09/01/2023 which is today. No status updates, no info about my shipment. When asked Car Audio about it, all I got was that Pioneer couldn't supply it on time hence delay. 3 stars only for the low price as everything else went completely wrong. Probably first and last time I shopped with them.

Items were well priced and arrived next working day as paid £10 for DPD next day delivery. However one of my items arrived broken(possibly due to lack of packaging protection) and after phone call they said they would get them sent out for next day delivery after stating I originally paid the extra delivery fee so I'd receive the item next day . However, 2 working days after phoning them early on the morning I received the items the replacements still haven't arrived so clearly no next day delivery was used.

Products are good. I paid £10 for next day delivery. It took 5 days. Spoke to customer services. They refused to refund. Hence 3 stars.

Received the package within days of the order and unfortunately it’s not worked out as the installation guys still haven’t called to stay they can organise a date . They should be calling out at the latest 2 days after dispatch and create the customer awareness Can’t organise or go anywhere with hanging on and the car equipment is needed !
