I was bought a radio as a Christmas present, it was faulty, after some time speaking to two members of staff ( a bit long winded, I was sent the information to return the radio, I was asked for a range of information to send with it, ie- receipt, buyer’s details and return address details, this I sent along with email address, and phone number
So the item was replaced? but was not returned to me (delivery address) but the purchaser, who lives 200 miles away from me, several weeks ago I wrote to customer service about the sorry situation as they could not use a bit of common sense, but as yet ,received no reply, so this is my review, I would not use this company as after sales appears to be very poor this review is not by the purchases but by the recipient of the radio
