I asked to pay in installments with Klarna but you completely ignored my requests, not even the courtesy of a reply. For appalling Customer Service 1 point awarded, cannot recommend your business.

It’s been a week and I have heard nothing about my order. I emailed for a tracking number and I have not received any tracking information. How would rate yourself? I will have to call you at a cost to me. (Netherlands) And inform my bank. Not good an all, Willie Campbell

Ordered Pioneer speakers, shown as "in stock" on March 27th. Received acknowledgement with delivery predicted March 31 to April 2nd. Received nothing more so on 2nd April emailed for update. No reply. Rang 4th April to be told "on backorder" (still showing as in stock on their website) "you will have them next week." Heard nothing and still no speakers so today cancelled the order and got refund via PayPal. Absolutely useless comms and service. It is companies like this that drive people into buying from Amazon to their own detriment. So don't believe it if their website says an item is in stock - it bears no relationship to reality, and don't expect answers to emails. In addition always pay with Pay Pal as they make getting a refund a doddle. What a waste of my time.

Drove nine miles through different speed limits , three times showed wrong speed, this is not up to date.

What’s the point in doing a complete head unit replacement kit for certain vehicle and one of the parts is wrong and won’t replace that part with the right part

Ordered numerous parts from them that were listed as being in stock, after 4 days without recieving a tracking number (supposedly it would be delivered in 5-7 days), I sent an email requesting an update. The next day I was told there would be a "slight delay due to a stock issue" but I would have it in 7-10 days. 7 days later I sent another email to which I was told that the supplier confirmed the due date was 2 days later and they would send the order to me in the next week (this was on Wednesday). By the end of the week I asked for another update on the order, I did not recieve a response until 13 days and 3 emails later where I was again told "the due date is next Monday". I then asked if it wouldnt be fair to ship the rest of the order and refund me for the misssing part if it was not shipped on monday... I never got a response to this, instead on the Monday I recieved an automated notification that my order had been changed and the order was shipped. I would've expected some sort of confirmation before proceeding to do this. There was also no mention of the import duties that I would have to pay for everything until it arrived in country, I can forgive this but I wouldve appreciated some forewarning about the potential import duties. Eventually 41 days later, I recieved part of my order that was supposed to arrive within 5-7 days. Based on this experience I would definitely not suggest anyone order anything from this shop, some of their prices are better than other shops but its not worth all the added hassle and apparent lack of any regard towards their clients.

Taken three weeks to get my order only for it to be delivered to my local post office , This ordinarily not a problem unless you are working in France at this time and you can collect it before Thursday 23rd, Won’t buy from them again

I'm not really happy. After finding the Kenwood stereo on line paying for it with free shipping and did not received it I Tex you and the delivery service multiple times and have not ad eany response for over a week then to be told not in stock and not getting any in . you gave me two alternatives and sed id have to pay the difference. So I agreed and asked for next day delivery which I paid for and didn't receive the stereo for another 4 day as the delivery driver left it on someone else's doorstep and after messaging you're self and delivery driver that I ad not received it and the photo showed some one else door step still haven't ad any response from you or delivery driver at all . As look would have it the house where the parcel ad been left the owner delivered it to me. Now your asking me for feedback the first IV ad off you since me messaging you multiple times. So I'm not happy what so ever.I would like this looking in to and my next day delivery £9.99 refunded me Jennings

Placed an order 10 days before Christmas. Said in stock and was only for a set of speakers so pretty simple order. It’s now into January, no order and no reply to emails. Would not recommend this useless company.

I went to the Tooting shop to buy an adapter for my radio, and when I put it in the speakers didn't work. I went back to get them to tell me the problem and they told me I had to change the speakers and radio. So far so good! When I got home to put the radio in I found that they had cut the wires to the adapter that they themselves had sold me. So I'm going to pay the outrageous amount of money they're asking for the work! I recommend that you don't go there, and especially not there!

I was sold an item that they never had in stock and they replaced it with an item that they never shipped to me they denied my request for refund they won't contact me. Dollars for non-existent speaker that have been waiting almost a month for.

Ordered an aerial that said it came with extensions, was told there would be a massive delay in delivery but it actually turned up less than a month later however it didn't come with the extensions. I messaged Car Audio Centre and the replies I got were just rude, didn't address the problem or apologize. I had to send pictures of the website showing where it said these were included before they would even update the website. Still no apology or reasoning just a rude if your not happy send it back. Wouldn't recommend them if you expect good service.

I purchased a Pioneer AVH-A240DAB Double Din car stereo I’ve had problems from day one, called them direct called the tech guys and all they do is pass you from pillar to post , service number don’t exist or they don’t answer, it’s down to the individual to sort the return out, pay for the return even though they originally charged me for delivery when I first purchased this item, customer service is rubbish ! Let’s hope if you buy anything from them it doesn’t go wrong after the 30 days because your on your own to get anything repaired regardless how much money you spent on one of their products, maybe I’ll get something sorted if I post my real honest review

Parcel left by DPD at roadside, head unit stolen, called to report it, staff member typed that I 'reckoned' my head unit was nicked and I have had no replies, no updates and no further contact.WILL NOT USE AGAIN

Fitting kit sent to me wasn't the correct one for my vehicle. I phoned up customer services and the guy was incredibly rude and demeaning. I mentioned the way he was talking to me was not appropriate considering that I'm a paying customer and he continued to be argumentative and confrontational. I'll take my money elsewhere
