Ordered early on a Friday and paid an extra £14.99 for Saturday delivery. Had a notification that the order had been despatched but no tracking number was provided. Waited in on saturday but NO DELIVERY! .Emailed customer services 3 times but still no reply . Very poor show , won't be using again. If refund not recieved I will be speaking to my Bank and reporting them for fraud AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Order placed early Friday morning with upgraded postage of £14.99 for nextday/Saturday delivery. As long as this was placed before 4pm then Saturday delivery was available according to their website. Had a notification that the order had been dispatched but no tracking information. Saturday comes so I email to ask for tracking but recieved no answer. Waited in all day but no delivery or email. I emailed again on Sunday to ask what was going on and to why I had paid extra for a delivery that never happened. Still no reply. Very poor communications. Customer service is non existent. I have requested a full refund and to cancel the order as I needed the item for installation over the weekend . Shame really as I was looking to purchase additional speakers to match but won't be wasting anymore time or money with this company.

Used head unit sent out full of scratches, box was previously opened. Generally dreadful, now alot of messing around to send back and get a refund. Won't use this company again.

good luck navigating this site, the watt ratings on most products is made up bulls**t. if you cant give rms outputs how the hell do i match amps to speakers and visa versa ? peak output for 1 nano second is the most irrelevant info ever.

I’m not one for complaining but this company is shocking. Especially their customer service. They sent me a faulty item which is fair enough, these things happen. I got in contact to return the item, it took a bit of proving that I wasn’t lying then they sent me a returns label. I posted back straight away hoping for a replacement. They then fobbed me off for about 2 weeks saying it was being sorted, or they couldn’t get in contact with the warehouse etc. In the end, after days without a reply I said I wanted a refund, which was also a battle. Nightmare!

Best help for you guys, if you don't buy here anything. I ordered a smeaker, in the check out they said 3 days i will get, that was the main reason i use this shop, after 9 days still nothing, the chat site is useless, still nobody answered my question, email is same, on the phone they told to me that product is out of stock! So they lie to me when i bought that. I canceld the order, the worker said 3-5 day i will get back the money, but on the application i still see my order. Totali useless costumer service, no idea what they have, how many they have! Never again

I ordered a stereo on a Saturday night but realised after purchasing that I bought the wrong one. I immediately sent an email requesting my order to be cancelled. However, I didn't receive a reply until Monday when I was informed that it couldn't be cancelled as it had already been shipped. Instead, I was advised to return the item once I received it. Upon requesting the return, I was informed that I would need to pay for the return postage and write a cover letter explaining the reason for the return. Overall, it was a poor experience, and I feel like they make it difficult for people to avoid returning items.

All parts were missing on the order, had to keep on phoning up to get the parts and they were all wrong to had to buy the car able to myself at my expense, very dissatisfied very bad sales and customer service and after that the unit was faulty anyway wouldn’t buy your company again

Service was okay, the unit is so broken on the buttons I think it’s missing parts canbus Cables missing somewhere else, but more cost to me not to return the unit because of the buttons at the front anyway, but would not purchase anything from car Centre Audio Centre again

Problems from the start. Unit did not power up, after several attempts at getting advice finally someone gave info that the canbus unit maybe on the wrong loom 😡. Oh and use the ‘Golf 7’ loom. No display in dash for ‘Phone’ skip track only works on certain sources. DAB radio has no too little reception even with additional aerial. FM radio has no signal even with booster. Swapped back and tested one unit both good as expected as I’ve never had an issue. No install instructions and once they were emailed to me they are inadequate. Display shows incorrect ‘door open’ graphics. All in all an extremely poor unit, not as described as displays are wrong or missing. Radio/dab none existent. I would have loved to have sourced further advice to these problems but having the issues initially and the stress from that. I gave up in the end. I’ll be considering an alternative very soon.

I was sent out a second item not even it it’s original package it even had a used sticky pad on it that someone had just placed oa new pad over so I had to completely clean of the old pad and buy a new pad off eBay very very disappointed

Per Order 02/May/2023, for delivery 22/May/23, arrived 21/JULY/23, & did not connect/work returned awaiting window mount returned wrong one, cause for complaint???? Unhappy is the word

Without consulting they will send out any old rubbish if the specific item you ordered is out of stock. Causing you delays while you have to return the item and wait for a refund to then reorder from a better quality seller. Defo avoid Car Audio Centre at all costs.

Had problem with fitting the unit and was told by Customer service just to return the unit as it was the wrong unit for my car . rang branch who said you just need a fitting kit but they don't have any ???
