“Today its been 2 weeks since i ordered but did receive my parcel .i tried couple times to call but no 1 really help instead they offer me go to our branch and buy from there amd once u receive ur pacrcel send as back we will refund you.never use again waste of time”

“Well this is the second time In a week you have asked.me to do .review and as yet I have not recieved my purchase. You say I can track my item but provide no tracking number and when I ring for a tracking number I get put in an automated que and finally cut off. I have no other way of contacting you but to write a review to which you might take norice. Furthermore reviews on other sites will be posted as.you have taken £299 for a service you have so far failed to provide I look forward to a.speedy response !!!”

“Truly appalling customer service; Bought 2 very expensive DAB aerials waited a week - nothing. Rang customer services was told 'being despatched tomorrow' A week later still nothing, no communication, no delivery. Raised a complaint with Paypal - straight away emails, invoice, items despatched. A very languid email came from 'customer services' suggesting the delay was my fault!! Items arrived today exactly 19 days after order put in. I've bought here for years - I certainly won't buy from here again.”

“Your company is a joke asking for a review. I ordered and paid for this item on 2/9/22 and I still haven’t received it. I have therefore just cancelled it with Alex at Snooper. Why did I receive 2 emails from you stating that it had been despatched. All total lies and unethical.”

“Not Happy, since I already had the snooper with lifetime maps. Unfortunately it didn’t like the update. So I’ve had to pay out for SD card. I thought I ordered in go time for us to take our 8.8m motor away for the bank holidays. Expecting it to turn up before we left. I had to ring up the company to see what was going on. Only to be told they didn’t have any stock. So I gone a bought Garmin, probably done me a favour as their units update via Wi-Fi.”
