Where to even begin, this place is absolutely disgusting, I bought a subwoofer from them for a large amount of money, after finding out that it didn’t work with my car I returned the product brand new, this was okay and they accepted the return, due to the size of the product, I could find a courier that would take it, so I called them and agreed that I could return it to there store for a processing fee, I agreed and didn’t mind, no amount for the fee was discussed on the phone and I was told that the person in the shop would sort that out, I returned the product to the store like planned, the person in the shop never said anything about a processing fee, I have then recieved the refund to find that I had been charged £75 fee to return it which is absolutely absurd, I have called the company to try and sort it out with them to which I was met with owner, the owner of this company is really really rude, he was swearing on the phone, he was getting very aggressive and talking over me when I was talking, he was lying about what we had discussed and what was agreed, and then he ultimately hung up the phone on me. Please whatever you do, DO NOT BUT ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, they are con artists and they will take advantage of you, there are much better company’s out there that you can use so do not use this one as the way they treat their customers is vile. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever been met with

Could not be more un-helpful if they tried and have lost me as customer. Called to ask about a rear view camera, needed info on relay required for VW T5 that was required (apparently). The person on the other end was useless and seemed utterly fed up. I asked if it came with fitting instructions and was told that they stock thousands of products and sell them cheap so offering fitting advice wasn't possible. I didn't ask for fitting help, I asked if it came with fitting instructions! This was what got the 1 star... he told me it would be easier to buy the relay anyway as it was cheap and see if it comes with fitting instructions....Okaaaaaay then! What a clown, what a company. I then called Halfords who were very helpful. They told me the camera is relatively easy to fit. Regarding the relay, I was put on hold for a few minutes and was told that no relay was required as their records show they have fitted 3 cameras to VW T5 and non which required any replay, as it plugs into the head unit. Naughty Car Audio Centre. I have attached the 'Contact Us' statement so you can amend it to reflect what you really mean.

Spent £400 on a Snooper Sat Nav, now on my 3rd SD card. I'm a professional driver who relies on a decent system with good customer service, sadly I haven't received either. Why don't they send out a loan unit ? On my last encounter I spoke to the technical dept, who gave me contradictory advice, compared to the previous encounter. Had to pay £20 upfront for a new SD card plus £10 for next day delivery, which took 3 days to arrive. Have had the £20 refunded but still waiting for the £10, have rang several times and asked for messages to be passed to Alex Mangli to return my calls, but as yet, nothing. Have just rang again at 13.50 on the 9th August to hear a message that customer services are closed ! Sorry guys, you have pushed me to this damming review.

A faulty dash cam arrived in a broken box that was sent in a flimsy plastic bag. Would not work and technical support or customer service (same chap) advised return after hours of frustration. Returned at my cost just to get rid of it. Avoid this company

My order was with Road Angel so have no knowledge or have ever dealt with Caraudio !! Have been a customer of Road Angel for years.

Delivery paperwork correct, product incorrect! Needed correct product urgently, but told correct product would not be dispatched until incorrect product returned,! I had to drive 3 miles to mail, altogether wasting an hour of my time due to packaging incompetence.

I was sent a second hand unit that didn’t work. The box was battered, the unit had wear marks on it, very clearly secondhand. Am waiting for a refund.

Life time map updates!!! the last three times i have not been able to upload the mapping so have had to get the sd card sent back and up graded at cost to me £20. This latest time was told for the first time the snooper s8000 ventura mapping has to be up dated twice per year ! strange as i was never told this for the last five years so had to get a replacement sd card £75. So much for life time map updates.

Email sent said no tracking number and I need to call to find out. I tried calling multiple times and no answer. No idea when the item will arrive as it has already been a week

1st satnav went missing, second arrived unusable with wrong software preloaded. I’ve spent hours and hours on the phone and now had to pay £200 for the pleasure of returning a useless item. As I leaving for Europe in a few days this is too much stress

Recided a product on an unsealed box that had obviously been used or displayed previously. The speakers were very dusty and the tweeter box damaged. Customer service were unhelpful and didn't seem to think there was an issue even when I supplied photos of the dust on the speaker cones and within the rubber surrounds.

I received a package of speakers from Car Audio Centre that were not sealed. The box had obviously been opened as the drivers were full of dust and there was even some dried foliage in there. The package the tweeters in had been crushed and punctured, luckily not harming the cones. I had no choice but to fit them that day. I sent in photographs as customer services advised, but they were very unhelpful and did not offer any refund for the time it took me to clean them before installation. I will not be using Car Audio Centre again.

Bought a Pioneer head unit from them as I have Pioneer speakers in my car. I simply tested the new head unit to check that it worked okay and to establish the sound quality and for whatever reason the sound is worse than my current head unit which is years old at this point. After sending an email with no reply I rang car audio to ask for the procedure to send back the item and get a refund when I was told that 'I can't get a refund just because I don't like it'. The guy was extremely unhelpful and essentially said to call trading standards. So that is where I'm at with it at the moment. The worst Customer Service I've ever received, buy with caution because if you're not satisfied with the product they don't care and won't refund you. Poor business and was apparently the General Manger I spoke to. Dodgy. Think twice I would.

Terrible. Don’t use these borderline scammers. Save your money. Wish I did now I’m here making my own sub woofer box after being told I can only have partial refund for something that was their mistake.

I haven't rec'd an invoice for the Dash Cam. The instruction leaflet is a joke! It might be ok for a Liliputian to read but I am 88 years old and cannot decipher it. I might have bought the dash cam at a discount and might be saving money on it but I cannot understand a company with your reputation producing such a tiny leaflet. A lot of us "oldies" still do other things and are not computer literate! I bet that I get no response about this matter!
