I ordered an Amp, double subwoofer box, wiring kit & x2 xtinct subs about a month ago? Out of my whole order only got the subs, which I returned 1 & kept 1. I'm still waiting for my refund & there's no communication between car audio & myself whatsoever. I'm furious about this as I've left multiple messages online & called god knows how many times!! I've tried explaining myself over & over again & still no one listened? Now why should a paying customer have to wait to be refunded for the items I've not received & 1 item that I've returned? DPD the courier have even admitted their fault in making a mistake with the delivery, but car audio won't do the right thing & just refund what I've paid for? I always used them for my car, all my work was done by their fitting station in ilford, now I'm thinking twice about ever going back to them again!! So not just an online customer you've lost, but a shop customer too? I don't recommend them at all!!! Absolute joke!!
