I was sold an item that they never had in stock and they replaced it with an item that they never shipped to me they denied my request for refund they won't contact me. Dollars for non-existent speaker that have been waiting almost a month for.

Ordered an aerial that said it came with extensions, was told there would be a massive delay in delivery but it actually turned up less than a month later however it didn't come with the extensions. I messaged Car Audio Centre and the replies I got were just rude, didn't address the problem or apologize. I had to send pictures of the website showing where it said these were included before they would even update the website. Still no apology or reasoning just a rude if your not happy send it back. Wouldn't recommend them if you expect good service.

I purchased a Pioneer AVH-A240DAB Double Din car stereo I’ve had problems from day one, called them direct called the tech guys and all they do is pass you from pillar to post , service number don’t exist or they don’t answer, it’s down to the individual to sort the return out, pay for the return even though they originally charged me for delivery when I first purchased this item, customer service is rubbish ! Let’s hope if you buy anything from them it doesn’t go wrong after the 30 days because your on your own to get anything repaired regardless how much money you spent on one of their products, maybe I’ll get something sorted if I post my real honest review

Parcel left by DPD at roadside, head unit stolen, called to report it, staff member typed that I 'reckoned' my head unit was nicked and I have had no replies, no updates and no further contact.WILL NOT USE AGAIN

Fitting kit sent to me wasn't the correct one for my vehicle. I phoned up customer services and the guy was incredibly rude and demeaning. I mentioned the way he was talking to me was not appropriate considering that I'm a paying customer and he continued to be argumentative and confrontational. I'll take my money elsewhere

Hello caraudio Centre Team, Three months ago, I left a negative review for your shop. In response to this review, you claimed to be open to finding a solution to the problem. As a result, I wrote you an email on your shop page. I have never received a response to this email, as well as the previous emails. It seems that it is not your concern to find solutions to problems; it's easier to just take the customers' money. Once again, here are the details: goods ordered in December, received an order confirmation via email, and payment collected. Since then, I still don't know when I should receive the order or if it has even been shipped. I am still waiting for the conflict resolution you offered... three months later again. Item not delivered after paying £9.99 for next day delivery. Shocking customer service and won’t refund me. Then have the audacity to ask them to review my ‘purchase’.

Paid £10 for next day delivery and rang up when it didn't turn up and didn't even offer me a refund for the £10 not happy with the service at all

Absolutely inept service. I was sent the incorrect wiring harness for my vehicle. When I tried to get that exchanged, I was met with zero customer service (bordering on rude). I am returning the entire order and will never be using Car Audio Centre again!

Unfortunately, I cannot give you any positive feedback. I only received a shipping notification but no tracking number. I have never received an answer to inquiries about a tracking number. Since the beginning of 2024, I have tried to contact you several times via your website. I have never received an answer at any time. For me as a customer an absolute impudence, unfortunately I had hoped to still get the goods. I'm also rid of the money now. So thank you very much, but I can't say absolutely anything positive about your shop. I will not reorder from them.

Sorry it's come to this but I'm yet to receive any kind of service! Opened the package to the front item, emailed immediately. No response. Followed up my email. No response. Filled in the contact form on th website. No response. Anyone want to buy an unopened Pioneer patch lead?

I’m very disappointed with the delivery service, not only did I wait til 9.30pm for dpd not to arrive. The next day my parcel was left unattended with no notification of delivery. It’s very unlikely I will buy from you again.

Avoid this buisness like the plague!!! When ordering I looked at the reviews and thought surley these are just fake. But I was 100% wrong. I ordered a Sony radio ( Open Box ) there was no description of any damages to device or that the front screen doesn't attach to the radio!!! So ive had to put a screw in it on the side to keep it locked in!!!! After contacting customer service. The shocking reply I got was not even an apology and they offered to refund me was 5%!!! And aposolute joke of a company and they truly have messed with the wrong person. I will be taking this further and exposing this company all over social media. Until they give me a an acceptable refund!!!!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered early on a Friday and paid an extra £14.99 for Saturday delivery. Had a notification that the order had been despatched but no tracking number was provided. Waited in on saturday but NO DELIVERY! .Emailed customer services 3 times but still no reply . Very poor show , won't be using again. If refund not recieved I will be speaking to my Bank and reporting them for fraud AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Order placed early Friday morning with upgraded postage of £14.99 for nextday/Saturday delivery. As long as this was placed before 4pm then Saturday delivery was available according to their website. Had a notification that the order had been dispatched but no tracking information. Saturday comes so I email to ask for tracking but recieved no answer. Waited in all day but no delivery or email. I emailed again on Sunday to ask what was going on and to why I had paid extra for a delivery that never happened. Still no reply. Very poor communications. Customer service is non existent. I have requested a full refund and to cancel the order as I needed the item for installation over the weekend . Shame really as I was looking to purchase additional speakers to match but won't be wasting anymore time or money with this company.
