Three months ago, I left a negative review for your shop.
In response to this review, you claimed to be open to finding a solution to the problem.
As a result, I wrote you an email on your shop page.
I have never received a response to this email, as well as the previous emails.
It seems that it is not your concern to find solutions to problems; it's easier to just take the customers' money.
Once again, here are the details: goods ordered in December, received an order confirmation via
email, and payment collected.
Since then, I still don't know when I should receive the order or if it has even been shipped.
I am still waiting for the conflict resolution you offered... three months later again.
