I ordered a stereo on a Saturday night but realised after purchasing that I bought the wrong one. I immediately sent an email requesting my order to be cancelled. However, I didn't receive a reply until Monday when I was informed that it couldn't be cancelled as it had already been shipped. Instead, I was advised to return the item once I received it.
Upon requesting the return, I was informed that I would need to pay for the return postage and write a cover letter explaining the reason for the return. Overall, it was a poor experience, and I feel like they make it difficult for people to avoid returning items.
