Ordered early on a Friday and paid an extra £14.99 for Saturday delivery. Had a notification that the order had been despatched but no tracking number was provided. Waited in on saturday but NO DELIVERY! .Emailed customer services 3 times but still no reply . Very poor show , won't be using again. If refund not recieved I will be speaking to my Bank and reporting them for fraud
