Returned a subwoofer box because it was faulty and the front baffle would rattle when the subwoofer was playing…
Now they won’t respond in a timely manner and it’s been over a week since they got my return but yet to hear any updates whatsoever.
Big red flag for a business. Can’t take responsibility? Should not have a business.
So god forbid you have to return something.
Quick to take money but hard to return it when things do go wrong.
Shameful.
