Initial purchase experience was fine. Order product online, gets delivered in specified time frame.
However harness I ordered was not the same one I purchased. Called support, they asked me to email help@ email address. Had no response. Emailed again asking for response, still no response. Emailed a 3rd time.. Guess what... yup, no response 😪
