“I'm not really happy. After finding the Kenwood stereo on line paying for it with free shipping and did not received it I Tex you and the delivery service multiple times and have not ad eany response for over a week then to be told not in stock and not getting any in . you gave me two alternatives and sed id have to pay the difference. So I agreed and asked for next day delivery which I paid for and didn't receive the stereo for another 4 day as the delivery driver left it on someone else's doorstep and after messaging you're self and delivery driver that I ad not received it and the photo showed some one else door step still haven't ad any response from you or delivery driver at all . As look would have it the house where the parcel ad been left the owner delivered it to me. Now your asking me for feedback the first IV ad off you since me messaging you multiple times. So I'm not happy what so ever.I would like this looking in to and my next day delivery £9.99 refunded me Jennings”

“Placed an order 10 days before Christmas. Said in stock and was only for a set of speakers so pretty simple order. It’s now into January, no order and no reply to emails. Would not recommend this useless company.”

“Bonjour, J'ai bien reçu l'autoradio Pioneer DEH-X9600BT le vendredi suivant ma commande. Il fonctionne parfaitement et correspond tout à fait à ce que j'en attendais. Je vous remercie pour la rapidité de votre envoi. Je tiens cependant à vous signaler que j'ai reçu de la part de Fedex un message me demandant de payer 18 euros pour accélérer le passage en douane. Comme j'avais déjà réglé, je n'ai pas répondu. Le paquet est arrivé le lendemain. Peut-être un piratage de leur site ? Je l'ignore. Quoi qu'il en soit, je vous souhaite de très bonnes fêtes de fin d'année et un bon Noël ! Jean-Pierre GAZENGEL”

“Recieved items ordered inside undamaged box, however one box inside was damaged with a big hole it it which had hit the brand new subwoofer inside and left a mark on the cone, this was obviously a known issue before sending and the speaker was not checked before sending as all seals were in tact on the box... I expect brand new undamaged items and good customer service even when packing... i managed to clean off most of the cardboard box mark, so hoping its not actually damaged the sub itself... if when I try it it's not 100% I will be requesting a new one.... other than this was happy with service and delivery... just can't believe you would send out a speaker with a damaged box which had clearly hit the actual cone of the speaker... not that happy that I jow have to worry about the state of the sub and knowing its not an issue I have caused...”

“I had a particular requirement for a legacy unit with features no longer mainstream. Advice over the phone was very useful and the people are clearly knowledgeable of their products. Delivery was prompt and the product was exactly as described. A good solution.”
