The company is great at what it does. It sells good quality equipment and respects its customers. But its marketing is awful. I ordered something which was incorrect- my mistake not theirs and they took it back and reimbursed me without a quibble. But the phone manner of their staff is like talking to teenage boys- they have no idea how to speak with customers. Their feedback only asked for feedback on the product not the company. I am taking the trouble to do this cos they are honest and reputable. But they completely lack a customer focus.
