A terrible experience... They sent me a open product with post-it note attached stating 'FAULTY' - I am amazed (I sent them a picture as well)!!! I contacted them via support email and they took a week to get back to me!!! They apologised and aske me to THEN contact their returns department via email... I asked them to send a new product in the meantime, with no reply. Very poor customers support. I should not have to go through a returns when they have made a MASSIVE ERROR. Still have no response from them.
