As a mac user Dylan kindly loaded the latest maps for me which I would otherwise had to wait until their latest mac software was updated. I have only used my SNOOPER (My-Speed XL Gen 2) a couple of times but it seems to work well. I haven't yet encountered a mobile speed trap so can't comment on that aspect.
Very happy with the service and prompt delivery from the company.
